Hey everyone, my name's Tim, I fell in love with GNXs since the first time I saw one, and have been looking for a decent/affordable one since... Now down to buisness.

I was poking around on craigslist and I found this:
BUICK GRAND NATIONAL OR REGAL.
V6 TURBO BLOCK COMPLETE HEADS TO PAN.
$500.00 OR BEST OFFER GETS IT VERY RARE ENGINE.
EMAIL ADD FOR MORE INFO .

It seems kind of ambiguous, I know, but the location is relatively close to me and I could go inspect the engine before I buy it. Now the question is, Is it worth looking into, and what should I look for when I go check it out? Also, would I be able to swap it into a 1998 auto 2.8l V6 regal coupe, which I currently have sitting in my back yard? If so, how difficult would this be, and would it be completely poor taste? I do love sleeper cars...

Anyways, Like I stated in the title, I'm a newbie and any help would be appreciated. Sorry for the abundance of questions. Thanks in advance!

If your patience doesnt go first then your money will!!!

First of all I bet that its a hot air block which 500 would not be a great deal. Second of all its not that easy to do. Do yourself a favor and save your money and buy you a gn or ttpye up front. You will spend twice as much going the other way and if after the first year of building you dont loose your patience and quit then you will be thinking what did I get myself into...Trust me.....Tim
