No.. our headers are custom.. we dont have a company mass producing them. We have a little amish guy that makes them one set at a time.
 
Not to mention our headers are aimed at higher horsepower cars. There just isnt enough of a market to justify pulling the trigger on 50 sets. Now if everyone wanted to get together and do a group buy, we could do it. Getting them made isnt a problem. Buying 50 sets and hoping you sell them, thats a problem.
 
Arent those runners abit to big even for a 10 sec car?, how about losing velocity through the ports due to runners being too big affecting spool up and performance off the line, but seems they will work nice on top end.. nice work BTW..

No.. it softens up the bottom end a little but it picks up dividends at the top and thats with a much longer crossover than what these headers will have. On a production block with iron heads, we picked up ~18 horsepower or so (I think) with the larger tube headers. The thread is around here somewhere.

Thats comparing exact same boost levels from stock manifolds to 1.75 primaried headers.

I'd imagine with a transbrake the bottom end wouldn't be an issue at the launch.

Yep.. 4 bolt header flange and a TurboSmart 50 will be the end result. Im one tube short to finish the headers so Im going to try to get that on the way today.
 
What diameter is the passenger side pipe, where it goes in the turbo collector? I know the 2" headers are less then 2" I.D. and was concerned thats too small.

Depends on where you measure. It's anywhere from 2.5 to 3 inch.
