Regards on the bumper. That is a bummer to open a box to a busted part.
I'm really sorry this happened. I've herd of these horror stories, but have had a problem till now. Im glad i insured it for $200 and finally after this holiday weekend i can go up there tomorrow and see how we can go about getting you re compensated.
