Mike,

That block has damage to the bottom of the middle cylinders. I e-mailed the seller to let him know. He was supposed to send me some better pics of the damage but never did.

I picked up my block from him last night. He told me about the damage and he isn't going to sell the block in a damaged state. He is trying to a competent shop in NC to sleeve that cylinder. He was very concerned about selling it with any damage. I asked him to let me know if/when it was fixed and I would put a link to it here.

The block you bought sounds like a nice one from what you tell me. As far as the other block goes if the damage isn't too bad he can probably just blend it out and run it as is. That's why I asked for a better picture so I could judge for myself. He seems like a very straight up guy. He pulled the block of Ebay right when I mentioned it was damaged.
