Here's a nice complete (less vacuum block) vacuum brake conversion and it worked fine. $150
Pair of very nice aluminum brake drums that have been sandblasted, turned (still within good specs. and note no weights)) and painted gloss black with Hi - Temp paint. $150.
Parts are Plus Shipping & Paypal fees.
