I have a 200-4r and it will not downshift. I have checked the tv cable and it is not sticking. If I pull on it at an idle I can hear the load being put on the motor from the trans pump. Does anyone know where else to look? I am debating on rebuilding one myself. I have a spare sitting on my garage floor. any ideas where to look first. By the way the fluid level is good.
