CCCI fuse is good, ECM Fuse is Good, FP/Inj Fuse is good.

The ECM pinout shows a fusable link on the orange battery feed. Is it before or after the connector under the hood?

the fuse link is after (ON BATTERY SIDE) of the black ring on orange ecm wire connected to battery terminal...

That's what I was afraid of. I checked voltage at the connector (downstream of the fuse link) and it was good.

The ECM is cold. No check engine, No powerlogger signal.

you should have ground on the black wire(s), battery on the orange, look for ign on pink or pink/black...
use a power probe or dvm...

double check chip and cal pak...make sure with key on 90% of the fuse box has power...if not check fuseable links at starter...

So there is power on the FP/Inj on A6
Power at the Orange wire on C16
Grounds at A12 and D1 are good

Reseated the calpack and Chip.

No joy. I think the ECM is dead.

Closing the loop in case anyone searches this. ECM was dead

It had power on the orange wire and FP/inj input and good grounds.

Verified with a new ECM
