Hello everyone,

I have the ramchargers dual fan set-up with the plug and play harness. If my CLT is below 169, and I turn the A/C on, the fans do not kick in. I recently installed the trans+/extender and was wondering if this could be a feature built in or something? Thanks a bunch.

I don't know the details of what causes the fan to run high with the AC compressor. I do know this: If the fan aint working, then get the problem fixed before you cook your compressor. This is an important part of the AC system. I have seen several cars blow off freon thru a relief valve because of faulty/inop cooling fans.

That being said, I 'think' a pressure switch on the freon causes the high speed fan, so that is a start. I'd suggest first checking the high speed relay with a ground switch like most folks rig a switch in the car. All you need to do is ground the same line that is connected to the high speed temp switch on top of the intake.
