no fire injectors

I need to know what wires to check for a break that controlls the injectors and what sensors to check

probably a blown fuse under dash labled efi

did you hook up a scan master incorrectly?

if the fuse was blown would the check engine light still come on with the key on

yes i believe it will

if you shorted something out under the dash, then the efi fuse will blow-

the plugs are dry correct??

yes they are and the fuel pump does not come on also so I'll check the fuse and see what happens

Sounds like a fuse, or, you forgot to plug the ecm in (orange wire near the battery).
