I was taking a look at the new upholstery I purchased and just now realized that the upper fronts do not have a "cut out" for the headrests!!!

What did you guys do to solve this? Did you just take a razor blade and slice into the fabric? I really don't feel right doing that

Any tips for this?

Same situation w/ my leather seats!
There is a plastic surround on the top of the seat that has 2 screws holding it. Once the seat material is fitted correctly. just cut/slice the opening and replace the surround. You can buy some sealer that stops fabric from unraveling at WalMart, looks like a bottle of glue and you just apply to the cut edges if you think you need to.

Excellent!! I was worried about it tearing more over time if I cut it. Sounds like that should do the job.
Thanks!!
