I just put new 009 injectors in with matching turbo tweek street chip. I also installed bop engineering angle boss to clear big mouth 31/2 mass air pipe. The car won't start unless I push down the gas pedal a little bit. My iac count starts at 175 and goes all the way to 0 and will not move from there no matter how much I adjust the throttle blade. I checked for vacume leaks and that all looks good. How much should the iac valve screw into the iac angle boss housing, I have a iac valve from auto zone and it has notches on the end that hit the top of the angle boss block preventing me from screwing it in any farther. I can unscrew it with my hand. Is this normal or is this my problem or if any one has any other Ideas to check I would greatly appreciate it.

thanks,mike

The IAC valve should go all the way in to the BOP housing. I use to have an Autozone IAC until recently I went with a AC Delco one. However, it wasn't an issue with either one.

Something's not right. Can you take a pic of it?

If it's not in all the way the pintle will not be able to seat thus causing your trouble. Try to find an AC Delco one.
