blm is hi which means the ecu is adding fuel, some of the scanmaster readings im not sure where the ranges should be myself but blm is deffintly catching my eye

I would put a few miles on it first before taking the readings as gospel. The car has been sitting all winter I assume. Was the battery disconnected at any time or run down? Drive the car and make sure the computer has "Learned" before taking readings.
