NO MORE Accumulators

I just went to GMPARTSDIRECT.com and according to them the accumulator for our powermaster unit is discontinued and they no longer have them in stock. My question is did someone buy them all up? But oh my God this ain't good for us, I could be wrong but when I typed in p/n 18038507 I did not get a part. I hope someone out there knows something I don't

Bought one from them this OCT.. Think it sold for $96 + shipping. Cottons also had them for $150 I believe.

Kirban's price in his new catalogue is $ 149. I doubt if he shows them any different in his on-line catalogue.

If it's any help, there was an informative post on "the other board" on 04/22/04 concerning this. There is another accumulator available 18038506 that retails for $72 vs. the original that retails for $192.70. If you're interested, go to t u r b o b u i c k s.com and do a search for "cheaper powermaster accumulator". HTH

Switch to vaccum set up and throw that Powermaster junk in the trash!
