Getting opinions on where to start looking for problem. The FAST hand held is reading zero MPH but car speedometer is indicating speed. The speedo needle not steady and hear sounds like a dry cable? Probably not related to FAST not indicating? I know there is buffer that plugs into the stock speed unit put do not know how to troubleshoot.
