No Noise

I just installed a use precision turbo, I was told it is a PT-54 ,the # on it is THB3-31,on my old turbo it make the Whooping noise when the trottle blade was closed after acceleration just sitting in parked and this one makes no noise ,havent driven it seats getting re-done.spins free,seem to be good.theres no problem ,just curious.

That whooping noise is the turbo sneeze, it will only happen under boost, turbos are load sensative, it really should not make boost on a free rev, only under a load, so it should not sneeze unless your out driving Also not that its not a good practice to free rev an engine.....

What....You dont want to drive a turbo car sitting on a milk crate
