Hi
Just wondering has any of you removed the Rubber Moldings on the Front and Rear Bumpers? I got a Fiberglass Front Bumper and it looks really nice without it, that I too my rear and romved the Rubber and sent to Paint. I Welded the two Bracket supports as I gutted the inner Bar. I think it will look awsome..

Thanks
Joe

Rear Bumper

Just to let you know that O got the Bumper back and it's installed on the car. Because of my Snowblower in the way, I was not able to take pics. I will when I can. The Bumper looks awesome and I am really happy I did do it.

Pics to follow.

Here's a pic of my steel bumper. It's a bit of work to do, but looks very nice when done right. Can post more pics if needed.

That's right. I welded up the Brackets to the Bumper before sending for Paint.

Thanks

Yea, I know.

I think I mentioned them in the same thread as my fiberglass bumper fillers. I just said that I did them and showed a picture. At the time I did them, I didn't feel like I was breaking new ground. Or, I was just too excited about my one peice, rear, fiberglass bumper fillers, that I forgot.:D Maybe some day I'll do another set and take pics of the process. Or maybe, Joe took some pics along the way, of his?;)
