Well my car ran before I swapped my intake out. Also before I melted the power wires that are routed to the starter "fixed wires". I connected all the sensors and plugs back in. And still nothin. What could it be? I pulled a plug wire and checked for spark and nothing and it's driving me insane. What can it be? Well I guess its time to put new harness in!

make sure all of ur grounds are good. If not test the coil pack and ignition module,( local auto zone if u have one) if all else fails check on ur crank sensor

Check the "sticky" post "BASIC HOTAIR INFO"---below the links is a NO START TEST...check it out!

My vote - ground at bottom of alum bracket on front of P/S head.

Check it...you might have forgot it when you took things apart and reassembled.

The passenger's side head.

On the front of it, theres an aluminum bracket. It holds the alternator, A/C compressor etc.

On the bottom of the bracket there's a bolt going to the head on the front of the motor. Between the bracket and the head on this bolt are ground wires that connect to the battery cable and also your wiring harness.

Check these connections, maybe freshen them up with a dremel or sandpaper and put some dielectric grease on them before you bolt them back up.

Also check your positive wire connections at the starter. Did you hook them up correctly ?

Whats the car do when you turn the key ? Does it roll over ?

Cam sensor - is it set correctly ?

Buy the cam setting tool from Caspers Electronics...its a must have. Makes this setting the cam sensor easy.
