No start HELP

Ok car has been apart for 5 months,finally got it all back together .When to crank it and it just spins.So I assumed i forgot a wire or something, checked everything,still nothing.Then i thought lost prime in oil pump.I looked at my oil pressure gauge and have 24 psi or so cranking it.I pulled oil cooler line filled it with oil,tried it again still 24.So I checked in the head area thru breather holes on both sides.There is zero oil in heads zero.So I assume i need to get a tool to prime engine.But would this cause a no start issue?I checked all fuses all good,battery fully charged,I am getting fuel pressure,i am also getting spark at plugs according to tester.So is low oil pressure causig no start or am i missing something here? God i hate this car at times,but ones it runs and i hit boost i'm in love again...lol

Is the cam sensor installed correctly?

I never removed it,from last year,I had the heads off for some work,but never touched cam sensor.Installed new turbo,headers,transmission,and new moral lifters.I am thinking i am going to prime motor so i will reset it then,and see .Any other idea's?

anyone else....Primed motor today with drill,run drill reverse 65psi run forward zero and no oil in heads head yet.so is pump junk or something else.......
