I don't drive my car much, it sits for a few weeks without being driven. Since the weather is getting nice, I was going to start driving it more, but I now have a no start problem.

I have fuel, and pressure at the rail. I pulled the plugs and they are wet with fuel. I reset the cam sensor, all that went well, but still no start.

I read on this board that if the "SES" light does not come on when you turn the key on, the ECM is not getting power. Well, my "SES" light does not come on with the key-on. In case the bulb is burnt out, how else do i check the power at the ECM/what wires should i check?

Thanks.

It looks like C16 (I can't read the wire color on the diagram) is power in for the ECM from the wiring diagram at GnTType.org. Does this sound like the right wire to check?
