No start

Hybred, car sat aprox. 3-4 yrs. 71 GN Vega. Had no spark. Replaced coil pack, module, plug wires, plugs, and battery. I now have spark. Old plugs were DRY. Still no start. Now I have no injector pulse. any ideas? Thanks, Jack

PS, I have 42 lbs pressure on the rail.

Why would it go out of adjustment? The car ran when parked. Thanks, Jack Also replaced the ECM & chip
