no tach, funny dash lights

my stock tach only goes to 2 lines while the car is running, the boost gauge doesn't work, and i have no dash lights while the key is off... i got nothing. fuses good, wires plugged in... this is just random, i haven't done anything to it for a while.

Stock boost gauge or aftermarket? It sounds like everything in your dash cluster is screwy so I'd take it out and see if the connector is in all the way.
