i am running the presure line from the turbo straight to the wastegate becouse i had some problems with the selinoid ( replaced it and the wstegate and still no controle of boost) . The only problem i have run into is htat boost comes up a little slow from 5# up but i was wondering if there were any other things this might mess up , i was going to run a grainger vavle i between to solve this? thanks
 
The most probible reason for the slow increase of pressure is because the wastegate is actuating as soon as you punch the throttle. I would stick to the selinoid as I have not heard of any other alternitives for our cars.
 
well i bought a new selinoid and wastgate as i posted and it didnt work so i ran as i said but i thought if htat is the omly down fall( since any boost i build is opening the wastgate a little and dumping exghust i would run a grainger valve?
 
I wish I had an easy answer for you. You might want to keep an eye on the parts for sale, usually somebody will have one for sale every once in a while.
