Noisy Turbo?

I am looking for a turbo that i can really hear on a stock motor. Im goin for the 400-450rwhp range and was wondering what turbos fall under that area that are noisy. Im sure most of you dont like it but I really enjoy being able to hear at turbo. Anyone know? Thanks

My TE44 is loud, much louder than stock and slightly louder than a TE45a.

Much louder than stock and pulls like a banshee. With injectors and a good tune 450 is there.

i have a 6776 with the biggest k&n filter i could stick on the end of the MAF, and it whistles pretty good, BUT nothing like when i open the dump. you can hear it "whirring" even at idle. and i also enjoy it. the louder the whistle the better. so if you really wanna hear it and dont mind the grumble that goes along with it get an electric dump. is that what youre talking about?

I have the 6776 as well. 3 1/4" x 8" K&N. It's pretty loud. I've never opened my dump plate though.

My cutout is electric and if I open it fully I get a lot of rumble but if I open it just a little its only a little rumble and the turbo whine comes thru loud and clear and she's whistlin dixie.:biggrin:

Put Mark's cold air kit on and even a stock Turbo will get louder
