Non Buick question?

A friend of mine has a 2005 Chevrolet Eqinox that is blowing cold air out the driver's side vents and warm air out of the passenger side vents with the a/c on. The compressor is working fine. Any idea on what the problem might be? Thanks, R.B.

Blend door inside the plenum is my guess, might be getting stuck or something broke inside. The dash is more than likely going to have to come apart.

The RT side blend door actuator is bad,they can over stroke and get stuck. I may need a relearn or a new actuator. If that doesn't fix it post #2 is correct.

On our Buicks the blend door is behind the glove box. Any idea where this one is?
