Non-newb needs new turbo advice

It's amazing how much you miss out on and forget when you've been out of the game for only a year and a half...especially in regards to turbos. Folks, the signature below is current with the exception of an Extreme Automatics Stage 3 transmission to be installed soon. I don't plan on changing anything else and overall goal is to keep the car a quick spooling street car. So....

Budget is not an issue, however the car has no A/C or heat plumbing anymore (re: water cooled turbos). What turbo do I need in order to turn up the wick and retain the characteristics of a fast spooling street car?
