Normal engine sounds for a GN/t-type

What are normal motor sounds for a GN/t-type. Is it normal to have a tapping sound at idle. Sounds to me like injectors. Is this normal? Also when reving motor in park sounds like marbles in front timing cover area or under valve covers. Is this normal?

Marbles? That would be a NO.

Check to make sure the converter bolts are not loose.

Kinda sounds like a bad cam sensor, which I am suspecting the noise I had with mine that would jump around and come and go

Damn, beat me to it! Yes, I had a similar problem with my GN as well. Ive seen this on a couple higher mileage cars, it can cause a rattling noise especially when the engine is cold. I swapped out the old and in with the new and the noise disappeared.
