Upper plenum doghose is GM 24502089 (Group 3.270 if you are searching GM's exploded part diagrams at your local dealer's parts counter)

Throttle body gasket should be the same as that for an Accufab 70mm. But, if you have gasket material and punches, I'll trace it onto a sheet of paper and upload the image (by lunchtime). Print it and use as a template.
