not running right

I would appreciate any advice on my issue .car starts and runs fine .low boost at a quarter to half throttle runs good but at wot it noses over and seems to ping and pop with no power at all .ohmed the coil seems good .fresh fuel also .new cam sensor cap .hell new engine for that matter .but am fairly new to the g.n so input would be greatly appreciated .thanx

Need to get one.....otherwise you're "wizzing in the wind". All but impossible for us to diagnose the issue with no data. Could be a number of things.

Plug wires , same symptoms on my buick and mitsubishi and new wires fixed it.

Throwing random parts at the car and guessing = wizzing in the wind.....JMO

Had the same problem... With all my research I was able to find that it was the orange wire going from the positive battery terminal to the ecm was causing my problem. For now I have just used a jumper wire to bypass the connection close to the battery and it has seemed to fix the problem. I will eventually replace the whole thing when I get a chance, and I have never had or used a scan master on my car. Seems like thats the cure everyone on here has, but being a hot air car owner on a tight budget I just can't go buy one
