How many inches i must to cut my frame and if i must to cut my inside my fender????

I would not take it any farther back than the seam in the frame. And you can just massage the bottom of the wheel well in to where it does not stick past the frame. I used an air hammer and it did a fantastic smooth job. Check the link in my sig.
