O2 &knock??

At idle my o2 reading is 56 with 0 knock if I throttle into it in park the o2 shoots up to 850+ At 687 I got a reading of 9.3 knock I'm trying to figure out why the engine shakes in park at idle but I gets unbearable in gear especially in reverse. Thanks for any help I'm so close to getting my Gn on the road for the first time in 14yrs

Something is causing false knock. What are the rest of the scan master readings at idle? Have you done the "spring cleaning" and given you car a thorough check. What fuel pump and how old is it? Fuel pressure?

Fuel pump also new hot wired walbro fuel pressure at 43 with vac line off fuel pressure rises with boost
