The 02 sensors just provide info, they don't control anything. It gives the ecu a reference so it knows what's going on and it can make little adjustments. If you have too much fuel the regulator could be set too high or not functioning correctly. The maf also may be a little screwy since it monitors how much air is coming in and the ecu fuels accordingly.
The 850 is good for a wide open blast at the top of third, but 910 is a little rich. The narrow band readings are only useful to you at the top of third WOT. Anything in between dead throttle and WOT is negligible.
Is the air cleaner clean? Are the spark plugs in good order? Do your O2's fluctuate from 100-800/900 at idle?
