OC Block, Crank and Rods

I have a good start on a shortblock for sale. Block is a on center 153 stage 2 block. Bore is 4.056. Has been welded on the sides and now sleeeves. Block is very nice 4 bolt center mains. Crank is a std/std LA Enterprise Kryptonit billet 3.590 stroke. Rods are 6.5 Billet Olivers. I have been collecting these parts to build a streetcar but things have changed.
