ODB2 scanners

Any good ones that are PC based? Looking for one that does everything including real time sensor reading that will chart everything. I was looking at this, but I have no experiance with it:

Auterra Scan Tool and Dyno Scanner Home Page (OBD II, OBD2, OBDII)
Works great. Roughly the same price as the one you posted, which looks good also.

Starting with model year 2003, select vehicle makes and models started using a new means of diagnostic communication called CAN. By model year 2008, all vehicles sold in the US must use CAN. The Auterra A-300, A-301 and A-302 Dyno-Scan kits support CAN. See our About CAN page for a list of CAN vehicles.

So--
The $179 kit does NOT work with CAN and connects with serial connection,
The $239 kit works with CAN and connects with serial connection,
the $249 kit works with CAN and connects via USB connection
