A month ago I rebuilt my alternator and put a new ac delco battery in, everything worked fine. The alternator was rebuilt from 120amps to 200amps, everything worked well. Its been driving well for a while now, but as of yesterday I'm only getting a clicking sound when I try to start it, like the battery is dead.

Pepboys tested the battery and alternator, both passed with flying colors, so could it be the starter/starter solenoid? I've jumped it and had it running for 30 sec then it cuts out, even when i give it gas.

Any ideas? :(

If your wiring is in order, check your grounds and connection at the starter. Soleniod could be giving you fits. Once you determine you have a good ground. Check your turn signals with ignition on or better yet your wipers. If your battery is discharged they will be noticable slower or not work at all. A good place to start. Chances are if your battery, alternator and wiring (including grounds) are good, check the connections at the solenoid. My guess with everything else good is that your starter solenoid is craping out....An easy fix.

Figured out that the wire going to the alternator (the wire with the plug) was frayed pretty bad. Battery was probably running on its one juice and went dead. Repaired the wire, charged the battery, car runs excellent

Thanks so much for your help! :D
