OEM lug wheel part # difference

Ok guys. I tried searching and to know avail. What is the difference between PN # 9591699 and PN# 14035301. Both are for a GN lug. Which one will I need for a 87 GN with original wheels? Thanks in advance.

the first is just cone used on aluminum gn rims (84-85 like the ttype rim but with black backround)
the second # has a stepped cone .. the correct lip ..to retain the center cap on the 86-87 gn chrome steel chrome rim

I got them new oem from Wilcox buick/caddy dealership granted it was $80

i thought the correct part number was 9591701 from older posts ive read
believe they are discontinued

They are discontinued , but you are correct that was the OEM part #
