Off Center Stage 2 block

I have a block for sale that came with some other parts I would like to sell. This is what I know about it.
It is a 016 off center stage 2 4.1. Looks to be 4.045 bore. Has one sleeve and one hole is bore for another. Missing the front and rear caps. Has been welded on the side and edge of starter mount . Asking 700.00 obo. I will not ship. Can deliver to bg next month.
