oil burning odor

Anyone have any idea what is causing the oil burn odor on hard acceleration? I checked to see that there is no drippage out of the breather onto header. I seem to recall reading that this is a indication that turbo needs rebuild???

Maybe valve cover gaskets or rear main?

New valve cover gaskets. Things look dry all around them from what I can see. Rear main is a leaker. Still the rope style I guess.
I was just a bit worried the turbo may expire.

Are you getting blue smoke out the exhaust?
