oil cooler hose o-rings

looking for new o-rings for the oil cooler hoses. these slip onto the ends of the hoses at the adapter (engine side).

I've tried to find the correct size in an o-ring assortment I purchased at a local autoparts store, but the closest size still leaks.

any help tracking these down is appreciated.
