Oil filter

is the Napa 1040 oil filter good for our cars

That one would work although the longer Napa Gold 1036 would be even better.

i run the 1036
the 1040 is short (3.404") like the original pf47 and is fine
for more filter the1036 is longer 4.828" (equivalent size as the pf52)

Get a NAPA gold, not a plain ole NAPA filter.
