Oil from vac block?

I noticed that oil appears to be coming from my vac block gasket and onto the throttle body. Would a rjc power plate create this problem? I installed a power plate not to long ago and that is the only changes that i have made. I remember reading a post about a powerplate that had a hole drilled for the egr but cant find it now,would that solve my problem or should i loose the plate it didnt seem to make much of difference. thanks

The oil is either coming from the PCV or you have oil in the intercooler from the breather or turbo. It's not because of the power plate.

x2 for pcv valve. replaced mine with gm valve and it is much better.
