What does it mean when there is oil coming out of your vacuum block? There are not large amounts of oil just pouring out, but around that point where the block seals to the TB there is oil residue. I pulled the block off and there is a small amount of dirty oil in it. Not enough to drip, but enough to be very dirty.

That's were your PCV line runs to. Pulls oil vapor out of the block when engine is operating under manifold vacuum. Unless it's a lot of oil, I wouldn't worry about it.
