Fresh engine only has cam brake in time and a drive to the front and maybe a hour of idle time, did it as instructions say, zzdp was used. been chasing a smoking issue but found it was my turbo oil drain. block is a 85 model with the oil drain to pan. pulled the pan this morning and found a silver tent in the bottom. pulled a main cap and a rod cap they look great, oil pressure is 25 idle 60 when you rev it up. car sounds great no noises no misses nothing. pulled both valve covers for a quick check all looks good. just looking for some advice before i start tearing it apart. i know the cam history for flat tappet cams. It is a 206-206 just don't want chasing my tail if i don't have to.

thanks.

i did put a lot on the cam and some on the timing chain. maybe i went over board. i do have turbo link on the car all is in range nothing jumping around.

Your oil pressure looks good and usually there's always material after a build . Change oil and go.
