oil puddling on intake

noticed oil puddling at rear of intake under coil packs. any idea where it could be coming from?

I would look at the valve cover gaskets

Id go ahead and change the PCV itself while your at it if your putting new grommet on. Put a tie strap on the end of hose connecting to PCV. should prevent any oil leakage.
