oil pump booster plate ??

my car a freggin no oil pressure about 5 lbs at idel if i'm luck think a booster plate will help out or mybe a whole new pump?
where to get the plate?

pressure will jump to about 25 when you get on it. 10 -30 moblie

i got my plate from pep boys it was made by federal mogal or sealed power i belive.
u may as well throw new gears in there i think the oil pump kit is like $13
