Oil Pump Spring

I'm putting in a new oil pump and was wandering which oil pressure spring I should use. the 40lb orange one or the 60lb yellow one? This is a 3.8 NA engine. Is their any point in going to the high oil pressure spring on a NA application?

if i was u i would used the 60lb...i used the 60lbspring on my 3.8 na turbo carb
