Oil spill cleanups

I used to use kitty litter to soak up oil spills on my garage floor. Last summer I bought a new bag but its totally different than the material in the old bag bought several years back. The new stuff is useless. Every store I checked so far seems to have the same clay based material.
Just wondered what you people use.
Any ideas appreciated.

Your local parts store should have bags of OIL-DRI. Works good and no so messy.
