Here's what is going on. First problem, BLMs are too high at idle, 160 always. I've searched and read posts I've found, but still need some help.
TPS: .4 at idle
RPM: set at 850 as programmed in chip
IAC : 30's
Inj. DC at idle 2.5%
MAF: 2 grams (extender, double MAF value?)
cross counts: in the hundreds
translator 2.0 idle settings: tried all three for 3"er, best at 5, 25% rich
At cruise BLM's seem normal. I've checked for vacuum leaks found none. I might try a factory pcv, as I am using a viton check valve. This might be part of the problem, but the tune sucks at WOT as well. Something going on here. Fairly fresh engine, could never get everything perfect with old engine either. Same combo except chip and injectors.
Now, WOT short bursts, 18#s, SMC full spray 100% denatured, 45 PSI static (tryed 47, no change), O2s start low 800s, quickly drops low 700s, then I lift. No KR, except transitional a couple times. Priming the alky seems to prevent that.
o2s: low 700, high 600 a couple times
inj pw: 64%
FP: 65 psi
MAF: 130 to 140 ( still more confusion on how extender reads here:2X's?
LV8: 204
advance :23%
calculated a/f ratio : 12.5 (DS)
Combo: Te52, Ep fm, ported irons, ATR roller, 50# injectors, double pumper, extender/ translator 3" maf, and SMC.
There it is. What am i missing? Need your help on this one guys.
