Give them time to return home, they were all in Bowling Green for this weekend's NMRA event. Everywhere you looked there were pony cars. I ventured out to the track Saturday, in the GN of course (got a few strange looks, several compliments, but noone seemed to want to play). There was a huge turnout, probably the biggest crowd I'd ever seen at Beech Bend. It's a shame that our Nationals doesn't draw as much of the locals, however they have been advertising on the radio, and giving away free tickets over the past few weeks. The races Saturday were not really that impressive, but the Ford crowd seemed to think it was great, sure doesn't take much to impress them.
