old oil???

after say 3000-5000 miles does oil lose or gain its thickness? i used to drip about 5-10 drops in a 5-7 hours period w/old oil. i changed it the other day and i only leak about a drop or 2 over the period of about 2 days.

Oil will lose some of it's "viscosity" after being used especially in a turbo car because of the heat. I've noticed my oil pressure is higher with fresh oil in my car.
