I have an older style precision Front mount that only has 2 studs on the top side that are supposed to go thru the radiator core support I think does any one have some pics of how to mount this intercooler ?? thanks, ED

Can you post a pic of it to give me an idea of what it looks like, because I put mine on but im not sure if its the same one.

Here is a pic of the Precision Front mount I cant believe that this is held up by 2 small studs and I have to drill new holes in the core support ..

i drilled and tapped mine so i have 4 studs. one in each corner plus the fact i have a custom aluminum rad support so i needed the 4 studs for holding strength

i bought mine used and it has the same dent as yours, whats with that?

FMIC pictures

I run an ESP intercooler that mounts the same way. I made a template and drilled 2 holes through the support. I used a nut on the bottom of the stud and a lock nut on top to hold it from bouncing. The pipes hold it in place on the bottom. This worked for me. Oh yea, car was disassembled for paint in the pictures but I only took the grill out to mount it. Good luck.
